He's already done better, he didn't have somebody else make his layout for him. kthx.
So therefore he did do better, though his layout does look quite similar to VNs layout, that isn't the purpose of this thread.
The layout is okay, but you really need to use a different kind of layout on your site though, the last few have been almost the same, serriously.

So I would give it a 6/10.

I make my own layouts too. I have done better than his layouts before ;P...But that is offtopic anyway.
 
I feel kinda bad when I look at Razz's layouts and other peoples. Mine suck compared to everyone elses. Back on topic though.

And of course it screams Razz, I do keep to a style you know. Thanks for all your comments even the bad ones. The bad ones teach me how to design.

Not a copy....My layouts always scream "CRAP!" I don't try to be the best, I just try to design on my own.And....I think I should give the layout at least 1 more point; it looks kinda better coded :D And...Of course you layouts are better :P I'm only 11 XD

Just a little note,
since Paul has avoided me at all costs, even to the point of lying to me about his payment for this design (numberous times i might add), I will NOT allow him to use it. Thus as a result he's been forced to take it down before I took any sort of action.

Things just don't work out for people who try to scam, they never do. Take it as a lesson people.

It looks very nice, though as have been pointed out, similar to your last layouts.

And if I may say so, Myuureon wasn't exactly trying to flame you. :| And that's awfully immature to be saying stuff like that, regardless of what Myuureon said.
