Flower Paradise Shaymin and is your Normal Form Deoxys an event one or no? If so, then both for Mew and Arceus?

That's fine. I don't get what the difference is if it's touched though. All of my legendaries and shinies will be touched sooner or later because I am leveling all of my pokemon to level one hundred.
