3rd Gen FR/LG inter-exchange question

    Hey there, probably a total newcommer question to ask but... don't bash me for my ignorance please :)

    Alright so, I know that in order to exchange with R-S-Emerald, there's something to do on Island One.

    BUT, from FireRed TO LeafGreen ( and LG to FR ), is there any conditions that should I meet to be able to trade via Wireless-Adaptors ? Is there a minimum of badge to get or something ?

    Was wondering, 'cause I don't have me second GBA already. Should receive it by USPS next week.
