    Good morning, evening or night

I'm here to show you a new C-Injection that I'm pretty sure you're gonna like.

Thanks to Shiny Miner and ansh 860, we've ported disturbo's shadow system from pokeemerald to binary pokemon fire red.

This injection shows shadows under the overworld sprites. This function was exclusive for decompilation projects before.

    Here are some screenshots:

This injection uses a CFRU based template, for that reason it has the same requirements.

    Bugs:
    - The shadow keeps behind for a couple of seconds during the stairs animations.

    - This injection isn't compatible with dynamic overworld palletes, don't use both shadows and DOP or you'll get this:

If you know a way fix those bugs comment it please.

I've just come across this myself - really hoping it gets fixed one day as it would be a great resource to use!

My personal work around (as I'm using the Dynamic Overworld Palettes) is that I've added "fake" shadows onto each of my overworld sprites to make it look the same, without actually being the real thing. Examples below:

It's not perfect but it certainly looks good imo. I've provided a load of OWs and templates with these shadows here

Hi, I haven't been romhacking lately, but when I finish my exams I'm gonna try a fix.

In fact the reason why I wanted that shadows is because I haven't liked using grey or black ones, It looks kinda cheap
