Okay list updated. I forgot something though. The drop+claim rule doesn't take effect until a week after the reclaim period ends, since bishies will constantly be becoming available due to people dropping them. You can claim someone before the reclaim period ends ONLY if they're specified they've dropped it. If you aren't sure, PM them and check!

Also, some of you don't grasp what the reclaim period is. Until Sunday, the original bishie owners have a chance to reclaim their old bishies, meaning those are off limits until they are dropped. There is a link to the original list in the first post.
