That's when you use Basic rather than Advanced. Advanced lets you write your own HTML, and while there are only fifty files, a beginner won't need more for a while. As soon as you do, though, switch to another host...
 
Switching hosts is time consuming. Just start out with a different host in the first place...=/

Shyper I think is the best free hosting unless you get an individual to host you.

First off, don't use freeweb's layouts. They suck, and your site is so limited its not even funny.

Second, use IPB, instead of IF, it better.

Third, don't use a domain name that you don't own.

Pokemon Retreat is a cool name though ^^

Hosts really shouldn't ask for it.

Usually it costs money for them to host your domain name though, so be prepared.
