I would definetly say Shyper if they have open spots. They have the best free hosting you'll ever find. Period.

re-register for freewebs and pick the option for more experienced designers. You've already sealed in your fate with the bad freewebs-layouts on that account.

Umm... as far as I know you can upgrade to Advanced whenever you want...

And you're forgetting something: Even a free IPB will require PHP and MySQL, since you need to download an install it, = not Freewebs.

Free hosting is just not the popular thing to do anymore! Luckily I remembered that that I have a 5gigs account for PJN that I didn't understand, but then I finally figured out the file manager, so... I have a free host ^^
