I could do one, but it wouldn't look good because of the shrinking/overlapping I'd have to do to get both to fit on the icon.
 
Here are the directions to make the icons...

1. Have Adobe Photoshop
2. Have the image
3. Have the font 04b_03b
4. Crop the image so it is around the face (cropped image must be 50x100 pixels)
5. Copy the image. File>New. Make the resolution 72pixel/inch
6. Paste the copied image
7. Make another image, 3x3 pixels. Make a line slanting downwards like this:\. Make this into a pattern, and name it scanlines.
6. Layer>Fill New Layer>Pattern. Set the opacity to 40%
9. Pick the new pattern you made
10. Type whatever text you want in black and in all capitals
11. On the text layer, Layer>Layer Style>Stroke. Make it white, and one pixel.
12. I pwn j00.

In anyone's opinion, which of these icons are better?
 
The one with color. But his nose is abit oversized. By the way, which episode did you watch it until?
 
remember that imakuni image? can you make me a icon but dont resize it... just a raw one thanks!
