I used a Cherish Ball to get Phanpy, I found it attached to a legenday Pokemon I traded with someone so I decided to use it. I think it's rare, I can't find it anywhere.

Cherish Balls are not found anywhere in the game and have to be hacked or some Japanese event pokemon come caught in them. So whoever you traded with was a hacker. Unless you had the ball all along. ;D

Yeah I suspected he was a hacker, his team was full of unobtainable Pokemon, all shiney.
Oh well, that's cool. Having a Phanpy that's in a hacked ball, how special. :D
