Hello again, giving out Silvally codes, these are good for the NA only, I am still looking for these events:

Ilex Celebi ID: 101500
Target Charizard ID: 100117 or ID: 170715

I only have 8 of these codes to give out for now.

So im a little new to event collecting but why those specific IDs? And I have a target charizard but was is special about it again?

It's fine that you are new, so welcome to PC, as for the IDs it just one way a trader can know that they are real and hack pokemon.
