Would love a marshadow code cuz i missed out on it. I have a charizard code to trade but dont know the safest way to exchange that

So im a little new to event collecting but why those specific IDs? And I have a target charizard but was is special about it again?

It's fine that you are new, so welcome to PC, as for the IDs it just one way a trader can know that they are real and hack pokemon.
