Freedom of starter?

    This is all Hypothetical, of course, but say if in the next pokemon game (Not HG/SS) your starter could be any pokemon with a second stage evolution. (EG: Caterpie and friends, Hoppip and friends, Dratini and friends, ect.) I would choose Poliwag or Oddish.
     
    I think I've made a thread similar to this. Well, in the past, I have replaced my starters with Zubat, Larviatar, Eevee, and starters from other generations. I guess them.
     
    Probably an Igglybuff cause Jiggz owns ;o
     
    I'd choose either Ralts or Whismur. Ralts because Gardevoir is my favorite, and Whismur because I just like Exploud.
     
    Zigzagoon would be awful fun to have as a starter. <3 owo

    But I also wouldn't mind something like Gabite XD
     
    Abra with Hidden Power or something. Or maybe Magikarp with Tackle. OR Porygon. Yeah I'd probably choose Porygon.
     
    Definitely Zubat...of course I know from experience how hard they are to train from a low level, so it's a fun challenge, especially if the first gym is rock-type like usual. XD
     
    Trapinch, Weedle, and Zubat would make cool starters. Elekid and Ralts would be pretty nice, too.

    Either way, if it was original, and perhaps if it had a chance to be challenging, I'd go with just about any three-stage line, though the ones I've picked are some of my favorites.

    Zigzagoon
    Abra
    and Pichu =)


    I like those pokemon alot :)
     
    Tough one. Houndour, perhaps? Or Horsea or Swinub, maybe?
