    The Lead
    [PokeCommunity.com] FrEqUeNT's RMT! (UU/OU)

    Metagross@Light Clay
    Ability:Clear Body
    Nature:Impish
    Evs:252 Hp/128 Def/128 Sp def
    Moveset:Light Screen/Reflect/Meteor Mash/Stealth Rock

Comments:Ok,Meta's job is to just get out there and stealth rock and set up those screens. When that's done,he uses it's 130 attk stat to do some decent damage with meteor mash

    The Sp. Wall
    [PokeCommunity.com] FrEqUeNT's RMT! (UU/OU)

    Venusaur@Black Sludge
    Ability:Overgrow
    Nature:Bold
    Evs:252 Hp/252 Sp def/4 Def
    Moveset:Leech Seed/Sleep Powder/Sludge Bomb/Energy Ball

Comments:Simple, sleep powders then leech seeds.. I put 252 in def and Hp cause it's main threat is Ice Beams and and other Sp. moves

    The Mixed Wall
    [PokeCommunity.com] FrEqUeNT's RMT! (UU/OU)

    Gastrodon@Leftovers
    Ability:Sticky Hold
    Nature:Bold
    Evs:252 Hp/128 Def/128 Sp. def
    Moveset:Toxic/Recover/Stockpile/Surf

Comments:THIS THING WILL BRING DOOM TO ANYTHING!!! Its job is to toxic stall the enemy! When the enemy trys to attack my slug,I'll recover...easy as that.

    The Annoyer
    [PokeCommunity.com] FrEqUeNT's RMT! (UU/OU)

    Rotom@Leftovers
    Ability:Levitate
    Nature:Timid
    Evs:252 speed/252 Hp/4 Sp attk
    Moveset:Wil-O-Wisp/ThunderWave/Confuse Ray/Thunderbolt

Comments:Muhahaha,I love this thing! It's job is to Parafuse anyone in its way. It T-waves or Wil-O-Wisps sweepers to cripple them, then my sweepers come in and finish them off.

    The Sweeper
    [PokeCommunity.com] FrEqUeNT's RMT! (UU/OU)

Empoleon@Leftovers (Really cant decide on its item....any suggestions?)
    Ability:Torrent
    Nautre:Adamant
    Evs:252 attk/252 Hp/4 Speed
    Moveset:Swords Dance/Earthquake/Aqua Jet/Drill Peck

Comments:This thing does it's job pretty good.. Has many resistants so its easy for it to switch in. On the switch in,i Swords Dance up and then POW! Aqua Jet! Once it gets one SD up it wreaks terror on any team.

    The Late Game Sweeper
    [PokeCommunity.com] FrEqUeNT's RMT! (UU/OU)

    Dragonite@Life Orb
    Ability:Inner Focus
    Nature:Mild
    Evs:112 attk/196 sp attk/200 speed
    Moveset:Flamethrower/Draco Meteor/Super Power/Roost

Comments:MixedNite fits well as a late game sweeper. Its main job is to take out two walls my team hates;Blissey and Forretress. And its good at it. Most people will predict dragon dance,so they switch in to forry and i flamethrower. Same with blissey,i use Super Power. And last,i use roost to basicly recover LO damage.

Change the moves format to this. You dont have to, but it makes it easier to read.

    Moveset:

    -Light Screen
    -Reflect
    -Meteor Mash
    -Stealth Rock

Also, try and elaborate more on your pokemon as to why you chose them, pokemon that threaten your team and so on.
I dont think you would benefit from having UU pokemon in standard play. Unless you think it works best for you. And why are you using gastrodon when swampert outclasses it in any possible way?

I'd get rid of one of the screens and put in Bullet Punch and also give him a Lum Berry. This way you can beat sleep leads like Roserade and Smeargle and also take down Aerodactyl and Azelf quickly with a combination of MM + BP or else if you try MM twice he'll be able to Taunt you screwing up your screens or EQ you, Azelf can also Taunt or even blow up if the user feels it has no use with a tiny bit of health. Still you won't manage that with your EV spread, give it Adamant nature and 252 HP / 236 Atk / 12 Def / 8 Spe. His Def is already amazing anyways.

Why use Rotom and Rotom-A? You lose a little SPeed but you gain far better defensive and offensive stats. Something like this could work.

    Rotom-W @ Leftovers
    Nature : Bold
    EV : 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spe
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Thunder Wave
    - Hydro Pump / Confuse Ray
    - Thunderbolt

Specially based MixApe hurts this team, nothing can take a hit from it well. I'd consider replacing Gastrodon with Vaporeon, it can also provide Wish support to Rotom and Metagross(if it's still alive) so it can setup screens again.

    Vaporeon @ Leftovers
    EV : 252 HP / 188 Def / 68 SpD
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam / Hidden Power [Electric]

Have fun with this team =)

Outclasses in EVERY way? Um,i use it because it has stockpile and recover.

maybe I was just being stupid. it's 2:00 where I am *yawn*
Sorry If I dont see your logic, but cant you acheive the same results with a bulky rest talk swapert?

Phys Mix Jirachi might give you problems after Rotom is taken down. I was going to suggest Rotom H but it would be pointless seeing as Pokedra already beat me to it with wash rotom. Also, you should find a ScarfMence counter. Sorry I cant suggest anything now coz I'm too tired.

Swampert>Gastrodon is actually correct. Unlike Gastrodon, Swampy doesn't have to set up to actually take a few hits =P BUT Pokedra is completely correct with replacing Gastrodon with Vappy, as it would do you more justice, and help with your terrible DD Gyara weakness. Use the set he provided:

    Vaporeon @ Leftovers
    EV : 252 HP / 188 Def / 68 SpD
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam / Hidden Power [Electric] (You need it =P)

In all honestly, SubPetaya Empoleon is way better than SD Empoleon. Sure, it's rather predictable, but that doesn't take away from its effectiveness.

    Empoleon@Petaya Berry
    Torrent
    Timid Nature
    252 SpA/232 Spe/12 HP/12 Def

    • Substitute
    • Agility
    • Surf
    • Ice Beam/Grass Knot
Sub on the predicted switch, Agility up. If you are faster, hope they can take out your sub, then keep repeating until the Petaya and Torrent boost. Surf will wreck pretty much anything that doesn't resist it, and can still do damage to that that does. That last slot is really up to you, but the OU Dragons kind of wreck you, so I'd use Ice Beam.
