    Hello I'm new to the PokeCommunity. I for the past 5 years have wanted to join the
    forum but I never got around to it. so finally here I am. I have been rom hacking
    Pokemon games for the past few years, specifically the 3rd generation. I have been
    running into a few problems with my Pokemon Emerald hack, so I will be posting
    questions in the rom hacking questions so if any of you could help it would be
    appreciated. I may post my hack in a few months if I can get it too my quality standard.
     
    Good luck with your hacking endeavors! I'm not a hacker so I can't help out but we have a lot of people who are so there certainly isn't any shortage of help. =) Hopefully your questions are answered soon. Be sure to explore the Emulation board's tools and tutorials as well; they'll be very helpful along the way. Kinda makes me want to pop by and download some hacks to try out as it's been way, waaay too long, hah.

    And, of course, welcome to PC, MissingNo! It's never too late to join the forum and you're like me in that you took a long time to truly join and become active. I had an account here in 2006 but only made maybe 30 posts until 2011 where I made this account and started posting around more. It's been a great ride since and you'll definitely find lots to do during your stay. ♥

    Aye, sounds like the Emulation and ROM Hacking board is just right for you, then! The veterans there are quite talented, and very knowledgeable, so, I'd bet dollars to donuts that they will provide all the assistance that you need!     If you're hacking in the future, I hope that you will share your progress with the rest of us! Are you a fan of Pokemon Emerald and the rest of the Gen 3 games in general? Maybe it will be worth it to check out the Advance Generation Gaming board, whenever you have the chance too! Its always awesome to chat about 3rd gen; the games are one of my favourite in the whole pokemon series. :3
