Since my questions wasn't answered in the Simple Questions thread (now closed) I'm posting this here.

Simple question, and I'll probably sound like an idiot; but how do I access FSF straight from XSE? The Free Space Finder button is grayed out. I have both applications in the same folder. It's kind of a hassle to exit out of A-Map, find free space, open XSE, load my ROM, write and apply the script, and repeat. I can't use two programs at once because "the file is already in use in another program."

How do I get the FSF button to work so i don't have to go through this process?

I found the answer. Simply download Free Space Finder, extract it, then copy the internal contents (the program) into XSE's root folder. You can do the same with advanced trainer. This should allow you to open it within XSE

    Hey,
just as i started i ran into the same Problem, but i found a solution that worked for me and i couldn't believe it.
i had to rename "FreeSpaceFinder.exe" to "FSF.exe" and it immediately popped up in the menu.
So it seems that XSE is just looking for an .exe with that particular name.
for Advanced Trainer it worked just fine with the name "A-Trainer.exe".

hope i could help anyone who runs in this Problem as well.
