3rd Gen Funniest Safari Zone stories

I was fishing for Drantii in Leaf Green and all I came up with was a lotta goldeen and Seaking. I saw a drantini and I threw a ball at it and it fled D: and the first aquatic Pokemon I caught there was... a Slowpoke?? -_-

And then when I went into the grass all the Nidoran girls popped up even though I already have one in my team. Then all the female Rhydons kept fled from me - even though I really wanted one for my party, I threw bait.

Then this male Rhydon appeared and I was happy because it kept eating the bait then I threw the ball at it and it popped out - Rhydon is still eating, then I threw bait at it and repeated the procedure 8 times and the same thing happened. Then I got angry and threw a rock at it and it got angry, so I threw a ball and... Male Rhydon fled!

If that isn't bad enough - ping pong! PA announcement! Did you enjoy your stay?

I think that would really piss me off but I've always been really lucky when it comes to the Safari on a good run I can catch a Chansey,Dratini,Tauros,Kangaskhan,Scyther and a nidorino always catch one don't know why every time I go I leave with one

Damn i hate Chanseys. It took me a good week straight in the Safari Zone to catch one freagin Chansey.

i spend more time in the kanto safari zone becose im STILL cant get a kangaskhan T_T but i usealy only use the hoen safari for natu and mareep (in emerald)

Mine has got to be accidentally catching 10 Paras in a row because I had an itchy A-button finger and threw a ball when they appeared. It is much funnier than it sounds.

well , when I reached FR's Safari Zone , I remembered the Anime and the 30 Tauros . Sooo , gues what ?

YES ! >_< so what if I wasted my time catching 30 TAUROS ?? Well , I was small and litle and my Pokemon idol was Ash so I wanted to be like him .

So when I grew up and browsed through my boxes trying to find something to muigrate to Pearl . And there was my Trs Box (Trs - Tauros but it didin't take the whole of it) . I smiled and remember that day ...

Once I met a shiny Phanpy in Ruby and it fled.
Another time, it took me about 5 times longer to get a Kangaskhan than to get a Chansey. Can't exactly remember the version, but I think it was Red (sadly this is the wrong forum for posts conserning red, but w/e, at least it's slighty more interesting than usual Safari Zone stuff).

So, nothing too funny yet.

Lol, uhh....I was trying to get a Miltank, and the 10th time, (this is on Emerald), one fled after eating pokeblocks.So, next time I went in, i threw rocks at it!!!And, after 23 rocks, I threw a ball and caught it!
