    dont hav my ds atm since my lil bro went overseas with my ds but im thinking of a 3rd team atm and tell me wat u guys think

    if u use hail will blizzard acc be 100%? just like if it rains the move thunder wont ever miss, personally i like ice beam over ice shard/blizz

    First off, Shuckle is terrible. Might have the highest Defense and Special Defense ever, but those only work in sync with good HP, which Shuckle could only dream of. And Double Team is generally banned from competitive play... and even when it is allowed, it's a very evil way to win.

    As for Scizor, don't go with Gentle. Gentle is possibly the worst nature out there, and usually should never be used. Go with Impish for a Baton Passing set (which Scizor pulls off with aplomb), or Adamant if you want a sweeping moveset.

    Baton Passer Scizor is my favourite, though:

    Scizor @ Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Special Defense, 6 Defense
    - Baton Pass
    - Agility
    - Swords Dance
    - Iron Defense/X-Scissor

    Iron Defense if you want to seriously beast up whoever you're Passing to (like Metagross... could you imagine Agility/Swords Dance/Uron Defense Passed to Metagross? Pokemon faint at the sight of it), or X-Scissor for a decent attacking move. Use extreme caution when using Iron Defense, though, because a Pokemon without an attack can't help you in a pinch.Pretty much the only thing that can OHKO this guy is a Fire move (which are fairly scarce, and predictable), so I think you could do well with the Passing set.
     
    ill just raise a shuckle the way i think it should be then, and i like ur scizors passing idea so ill raise 2 scizor to see which one i like best and wats ur sweeping idea?
