A long time ago someone thought puting the TCG on to a cyber platform would be a good idear, I think it was fantastic, now to anyone who played it and did the best thing which was to put 4 charazards in your fire deck, do we think it would hold its own now with the likes of powered up speshal cards.

Although energy consuming, it still boasted quite the punch

Well with 100 damage a blow and 120HP is not bad, even if it had no type advantage. Its the HP of the lower evolutions I would have found frustrating.

The trainers and supporter cards are they advantage in many of the latter sets I find, except Prof Oak (supporter), cos the original one ist a supporter card :D

100 damage for 4 energy AND discarding all those energy? Not efficient at all. And 120 HP is low for a stage 2 card.

Professor Juniper and Professor Oak are functionally the same card, so if Professor Oak were reprinted, it would become a Supporter.

I found that building a beatdown deck with Scyther and Hitomchan would work considerably better.

Well you only discard 2 energys form charazard and its pokepower ment any energy was fire. Prof Oak was reprinted and became a suporter but the orgnal base set card is not but sill plable :)

Though the idaear of a bead down deck was one that a friend of mine once used agenst my fav deck I call stage3.

Computer search was useless, bill was cool, lass... well that one was dull. Realy till clos network there weere not many amazing traner cards but now I know peopple who just have more traner cards then pokemon in there deks :/

Computer Search was very good for the era, being able to search out ANY card in your deck.

And the Trainers are what make a deck better able to get all of its Pokemon, not the Pokemon themselves. Why waste an attack fetching the Pokemon you need mid-game when you can use a trainer and then use an attack that does heavy damage?

this is true but when your running out of pokemon and/or your had just has traners that don't fech pokemon and just do stuff like heal burns or yet another stadiom card it beomes a little dull. I like to keep them siple and funchnal. Thant said i don't disagrey with you, I aggrey, they are much more usefull then an a atack tha dose that, with the posable exceptio of scoop up and kangas kong combo techneek.
