Garchomp Running Stance?

Yeah so I noticed yesterday that Garchomp has a "Running Stance". The problem is that I don't know how to activate Running Stance (the game is not terribly helpful in this regard) or what it even looks like. So if someone could tell me, that'd be great.

Also, does Running Stance seem to be important to Garchomp play or no?

In order to activate Running Stance, you hold forward during forward dash step, or just press forward three times. Try it out in the action dojo or in normal training mode. I think the only unique Running Stance attack Chomp has is strong X attack during running stance.

I haven't played much of Garchomp yet, so I can't really tell you if it will be important in play. I'm guessing that X Running Stance attack will be the most used Running Stance attack, if not one of Chomp's most used moves in general.
