~Gardevoir Fan Club~V2.0

Gengar in the wild?! This is a breakthrough! there haven't been 2-stage evos, even traded-evos, in the wild since the famous Mew Glitch in RBY!

I guess I might EV train in D/P...but after the E4, when the recommended battles aren't effing up your EVs.

All ala can do is CM war with pokes and trick CB them. Then when Extremespeed Arcanine steps in, gg Ala. Seriously, the thing dies to a 1-hit Fury Swipes. Well, maybe not, but it should seeing how its defenses are mediocre.

FYI, you can find Gengars wild in the forest house, go upstairs, inside the door, and find the room next to the one with a TV. if youre lucky you can find wild Gengars in there at around Lv17~19 ish. You might need to trigger it by some event but I got it on my Diamond version on the Supercard without too much hassle. (I thought it was a glitch but it certainly wasnt, because it shows up there on the dexter.)

Oh, btw there are wild Steelix in the iron cave that you go thru with the Lucario guy. And they arent even rare, just uncommon.

OK, I just want to know what's everyone's playing style, i.e. my style is to keep my party's level similar to the surrounding area's trainers' levels, because that way I find it the most challenging and fun, as this game is meant to be. E.g. if the trainers in an area have Lv25~30 pokemons, i'll keep my party at around Lv30 as well, maybe the starter at 35 ish as a backup. That's why I find it INCREDIBLY HARD to fight against the trainers if I don;t use someone with a solid defense (Doom Mirror is the best, or Bee Queen if you can get one), and it's almost impossible to go first against a trainer's pokemon of the same species as mine, even if mine is a level higher.

So do you people normally do what I do, or do you train your party to 5+ levels higher than the area level for easy wins, or do you only focus on the starter and have him at Lv50+ while fighting against Lv2X trainers, and catch a bunch of HM slaves (sorry, but I find that boring)?

yay, i hate trade evo's especially the hold-item ones, but can you find any wild Gardevoir or Elblade in D/P?

You cant find them in the wild... you have to evolve them from Kirlia

I was member of old one...
Gardevoir (M) @ Leftovers ** Jason
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 120 HP / 252 SAtk / 136 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Attract
- Calm Mind
- Fire Punch
- Psychic

I <3 this set. Owns Blissey completely and fully, and messes up the rest of the team after owning Blissey. All Blissey are female, so male Gardevoir can Attract Blissey and stop it in its tracks. Then Calm Mind up on it and you will deal serious damage. Best used after Heracross is dead, this literally sweeps teams who don't have a Metagross or Heracross (and only CBGross stops it, Agiligross and Elitegross can't touch it before it Fire Punches for the kill)
Gardelite set is like other elite sets; they counter a common counter.

Erureido is some serious gg. With Leaf Blade, Blade Test, and Psycho Cutter, this can do some good damage, and it learns Swords Dance.
Swords Dance up with max speed, or BP it some speed. Now it will sweep very well. (Bladeureido)

CB is another option, using the four attacks listed above or others. This gets a great physical movepool, and has the stats to use it.
This gets In Fight, Psycho Cutter, Scissor Cross, Leaf Blade, Blade Test, Drain Punch, Stone Edge, Aerial Ace, Earthquake, Brick Break, and Stone Edge.

So many possiblilties...just so many...

Can you say "Dragonite unpredictability"? Couple this with a Trick user equipped to trick the "ground still hits" orb onto Skarmory and gg.

There's a Über weird move set the battle frontier AI uses, but VERY VERY rarely - I've only seen it 3 times in about 500 fights I had in there, and only once as a rental in the Factory.

Look at this and you'll be like "OMQWTGBBF?!?!?!?" (OMGWTFBBQ)

Gardevoir (Impish nature - WTQ)
+ Leftovers
168HP/168DE/168SP
Imprison + Shadow Ball + Body Slam + Wish

It's a bloody set made to pwn Snorlax and such in 2v2, but it's Über weirdness...

The second rarest set is this one:

Crobat (Calm nature)
+ Leftovers
168HP/168DE/168SD
Confuse Ray + Giga Drain + Toxic + Double Team

It's quite annoying with its speed and it'll confuse you repeatedly and toxic you... GD is just a filler I suppose, but it works against Rock types. If you don't have a Steel/Poison type it'll annoy the hell out of you...

Not much to say here, except that I have 142 pages completed in The Final Strike. Whilst browsing around DeviantArt, I found this link:

https://sanaehosyu.hp.infoseek.co.jp/-sirkabe.jpg

This is an excellent, hi-res Sirnight wallpaper. I would've done an attachment, but I can't get the bloody things to work right now. See ya later!

Doh, I just found a deviantart of that wallpaper too! Someone else has it for a desktop wallpaper.

By the way, I lost track of the board that I think Housyesai-San posted. Maybe I can dig it up in the locked thread.

OMFG! I got a shiny Kirlia (Male) in Diamond, and he is Adamant natured, has FULL HP, FULL ATTACK, FULL DEFENSE and FULL SPECIAL DEFENSE (Well, they are either full or 30/31, you can't tell until Lv98), 25~27 Speed IV and 0 or 1 Special attack IV (LOL, who cares)!!!

FYI I didn't cheat or anything, I just used the pokemon searcher or something the dude gave you in the transfer park, and a patch of grass showed up with some random sparkles, I was like "WTF, glitch?!" and walked into it! Then this thing came up, OMFGness!

I'm going to evolve him into an Elraide and I've applied all the EV's for him (168 HP, 168 Attack, 168 Defense), but can some1 tell me where I can get another awakening stone? Because I used the one on the Sky Mountain on a female Snowrunt.

Meh, does it matter? His name romanizes to Elraide but he has those elbow blades.

Just call him whatever you like before his official name is announced - like the huge caterpillar dude, I'll just call him Guillotina for now. I know he doesnt even learn Guillotine and his Jap name has some sort of other meanings to it, but who cares, I don't speak jap.

Anyway, seriously, I really prefer Crescelia over that caterpillar, not that he (or she, rather, mine is a female) has better stats, but he looks way cooler, and you're allowed him on the battle tower because he isn't a Über.

Well, the rough draft of The Final Strike is now complete and weighs in at a whopping 151 pages of 12-point type. Now for some editing and proof reading. I hope to have the final draft finished before the end of the month, but I should have it done within a matter of weeks.

Where on earth have the others gone?

It's been like a whole bloody month since someone posted here... I wanted to revive this thread but the last post was mine, and I don't want to double post or spam... *sigh...*

Anyway, good on ya mate, I'll never be able to write a non-spammy 151 pages of stuff, lol!

Also, I've made something completely random to un-bore myself at 3am, it's a bit PG13 or M ish so I won't post it here directly in case someone complains to me for spamming. And, don't expect it to be too good, my scanner ain't going so I had to use the camera as an alternative.

It's in the artwork section, HERE is the link to it.

It's also on Deviant Art HERE.
(Just note that Gardevoir-ex is me OK, some *beep* stole Solarys so I had to make up another name, and I just had a Gardevoir ex card beside my laptop so there!)

P.S: This might be my first meaningful post in ages... XD

Allo! I'm still sticking around here. I'm on page 85 now for the first round of editing in The Final Strike. I'll take a pass at your Deviant and see whatcha got.

hey guys don't worry, i'm still here, but seriously, did the others quit PC or something?

Well, how the Q would I know...

Thanks for staying anyways... this site changed its address a few times though...

More good news, for anyone who likes my fan-fics: the first round of editing on The Final Strike is complete. It's only a matter of weeks now before it will be released!

I'll be looking forward to more Gardevoir art, Solarys. Say, are you still reading my fics?
