Gardevoir looks much better, imo, but Gallade is superior in the attack stat and based on attacks it can learn. I still choose Gardevoir, since I tend to judge Pokemon based on superficial qualities.
 
Gallade doesn't need Water Pulse to kill a Houndoom.

Gardevoir is absolutely beautiful while Gallade has better moves and typing.
I'm sorry, I can't make up my mind; they are all so good! ;~;
 
I always thought Gardevoir was done wrong, especially when Gallade hit. I thought Gardevoir's pre-evos should have been pure psychic, while Gardevoir itself should have been Psychic/Ghost. I know that would give 2 4x weaknesses, so an ability should have been added that granted Ghost immunity, as she seemed like both a ghost and shrine maiden to me. I also thing Gallade should have been given a similar ability, granting him immunity to Dark type.

I, too, believe Gardevoir should have been Psychic/Ghost. However, I think Gardevoir is better than Gallade simply because I love her design =) I think a split is in order. Give Ralts an alternate evolution depending on gender so all Kirlia and Gardevoir are female. Gallade reminds me of a royal knight, but it isn't my favorite Pokemon =/
 
I vote for Gardevoir, as I strongly prefer its beauty over Gallade, who's design I find... weird... I know it's supposed to be male, but, its legs seem out of place somehow XD
 
Even though I love Gardevoir and Gallade, I think Gardevoir is soo much stronger and better looking! C'mon, it floats soo gracefully and is just.. amazing. And now, I think I have said enough. ;3

Gardevoir, I actually like her design better plus I got used to Gardevoir already that I have never gotten a Gallade yet. =)
 
I use to use Gardevoir, but I wasn't using it the right way then. I didn't use Gallade until I had Platinum for quite a while, and I like his good moveset. So I would definitely have to say I prefer Gallade.
 
Gallade is a good pokemon, but I think Gardevoir still tops it. Its a beautiful pokemon and good for contests. I find it nostalgic when I see it.

off-topic: Im glad they made a male counterpart for Gardevoir lol.
