3rd Gen GBA-SGM Help

    Hi! I downloaded the Pokemon Emerald GBA today, but there is one problem to it.
    Once I open the game, it says loaded battery in the bottom corner and freezes. However, I found out that it works to load a game, so I went to the internet, and found a lot of already played files, downloaded them, and the game works absolutely fine. But I want to play from scratch.

    So please, can anyone start the game, save when you talk to the prof, before you enter your name. Then upload it here/send a link. So that I can play from scratch.

    You probably haven't set the save type to Flask 128K

    Go to Options > Emulator > Save Type and select it (Don't touch "Automatic"). It should work fine after you restart VBA.
     
    Hi there ZuZo! Hopefully DraconianWing was able to help you out a bit. Unfortunately, Advance Generation isn't the place to ask for help regarding emulated games, so I'm going to close this thread. If you're still having issues with your game, try asking our friends either in the Patching & Emulation Help Thread, or our Save File Exchange Thread if you're looking for an almost-new save file.
