Gen 4 Remake onto Gen 3 Emerald ROM?

    Hey there! So I'm new here and I've only made 1 hack since 2016 which was very beginner level, just changing maps around and changing the script but not much of changing sprites or using custom tiles and what I feel like are more advanced stuff. That brings me to my question has anyone made a D/P "Hack" (more of just a reskin I guess) onto an Emerald ROM? I don't think I'm capable of making such a hack and my knowledge is very limited but is it a possibility to essentially reskin Emerald to look and play like Diamond and Pearl or would that be impossible due to coding advancements from GBA to DS? I am aware of graphic changes but I'm thinking that if there were custom tiles and sprites made for Gen 3 based off Gen 4 that it could be done? Or am I way off with this belief...?
     
    I've seen a couple of DP demakes on GBA, but none of them using Emerald. I'm currently doing a demake of HGSS so I can tell you demaking some 4th gen. graphics is not that difficult. And there are several public resources already adapted to GBA that you can find on google.
