So I've been dabbling in competitive play for only a little while (outside of random battles with random teams), and I've really been wanting to get a team kick started for myself but am having trouble figuring out what to use or how to go about doing it. My main focus is definitely Mega-Gardevoir. She's my fave and will probably be used in just about every single team I make, but I guess I need a way to help support her, and how to make it where I don't need to rely solely on her.

I guess my favorite kind of Pokemon would be the bulkier types, and while I LOVE bulky Pokemon, they don't always do so hot against other bulky Pokemon or Pokemon with huge offensive abilities, so I need some advice on how to fix that for myself, as well.

    Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace
    EVs: 72 HP / 252 SAtk / 184 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Echoed Voice
    - Hyper Voice
    - Shadow Ball
    - Substitute

She's a little gimmicky I know, but that's somewhat the point, I guess. Come in on something she can take (special attacker or some kinda wall/Stealth Rock user) and set up a Sub, and then go to town with either Hyper Voice and Shadow Ball. Hopefully, at some point start in with Echoed Voice, and hopefully it's the first time around. Echoed Voice starts off at 40 BP, then next turn is at 80 BP, and then continues on and on doubling after each consecutive usage, capping out at 390 BP, without including boost from Pixilate and STAB. So while it takes a while, it can still wreck just about any and everything that walks in unprepared. This one is basically here to stay.

    Slurpuff @ Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Unburden
    EVs: 252 Atk / 8 SAtk / 248 Spd
    Naive Nature
    - Belly Drum
    - Play Rough
    - Return
    - Flamethrower

A bit of a gimmick as well, I guess? Fast physical attacker with a Flamethrower for knocking down Ferrothorn and Aegislash a notch, Return being there for decent neutral coverage against anything not Steel, Ghost, or Rock type. It's an odd choice, but I do like it.

    Goodra @ Leftovers
    Ability: Gooey
    EVs: 4 SDef / 252 HP / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Substitute
    - Fire Blast
    - Infestation

    I like weirdo sets, I guess. c':
But this is I've tested and is kinda neat. Switch into a Pokemon (maybe even a lead) and use Infestation, Sub, and then go to town with Dragon Pulse and Fire Blast. Good for Ferrothorn, able to tank most any special attacks, while keeping special attacker trapped with Infestation, yadda yadda. With trapping moves now doing 1/8 damage, it's pretty decent.

[PokeCommunity.com] Gen 6 OU Help (oh god halp)

    Aegislash @ Spooky Plate
    Ability: Stance Change
    EVs: 252 Atk / 8 SAtk / 248 HP
    Brave Nature
    - Shadow Sneak
    - Iron Head
    - Shadow Ball
    - King's Shield

He isn't so much of a gimmick, but more for a super quick surprise. The usual Sneak and Iron Head and a little defensive play with Kings Shield, and then surprise with a Shadow Ball. I'm not so sure about Kings Shield, but I'm pretty set with him being a semi mixed attacker tbh. Base 150 in each stat lets him skip heavy investment in Special Attack and be able to comfortably get away with doing so. Brave nature to keep it's poor Sword Forme defenses as high as possible.

The next two I'm not even sure what I'm doing with. These are the two slots I'm having the absolute most trouble with, and really are entirely up for grabs for changing into completely different Pokemon if need be. Maybe even Gyarados? c:
[PokeCommunity.com] Gen 6 OU Help (oh god halp)

    Avalugg @ Chesto Berry
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
    Adamant Nature
    - Avalanche
    - Crunch
    - Earthquake
    - Rest

[PokeCommunity.com] Gen 6 OU Help (oh god halp)

    Furfrou @ Leftovers
    Ability: Fur Coat
    EVs: 252 Def / 4 SDef / 252 HP
    Impish Nature
    - Cotton Guard
    - U-turn
    - Thunder Wave
    - Return

ANY help or advice is beyond welcomed and much appreciated. <3
If possible I'd like to keep the bulk theme as lively as can be, but if needed to be sacrificed here and there that's fine with me.

If you say the first 4 work, then fine. I won't touch those.

I'd replace Avalugg with Rotom-Wash. Avalugg's typing and crappy Special Defense and Speed hold it back, even with Sturdy. Rotom-Wash can do a Chesto-Rest set too (and do it better), and gives you useful Water and Electric typing. And it fits right in with your bulky team theme. Besides, taking down opponents with a derpy washing machine is fun.

    -Rotom-Wash w/Chesto Berry
    Ability: Levitate
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Sp.Attack
Moves: Rest, Hydro Pump, Will-o-Wisp, Thunderbolt/Volt Switch
    Yay, the gif works!

Well I wasn't saying they work, just that I like them. The whole point of the team is really as support for Mega-Gardevoir as well as providing some extra power to the team.
But I was even thinking about Rotom-Wash tbh, so thank you for the input. c:

Echoed Voice isn't worth using on Mega Gardevoir because it's redundant with Hyper Voice. It also wastes a move slot that would've gone to a coverage or utility move. Also, Hyper Voice isn't available till Poke Bank:
    -Moonblast/Hyper Voice
    -Focus Blast
    -Shadow Ball/Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Substitute/Calm Mind/Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Gardevoirite
    Ability: Trace

Also, you've forgotten that Avalugg can learn Rapid Spin to clear away entry hazards, despite being weak to Stealth Rock. It also has access to Recover as a reliable recovery move. Whether you go Avalugg or Wash Rotom is up to you, though, but if you put Avalugg back in, this is what it should look like:
    -Avalanche
    -Earthquake/Stone Edge/Roar
    -Rapid Spin
    -Recover
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Ice Body/Sturdy

Infestation, as well as Fire Spin, etc. isn't ideal, IMO. Rather than trapping threats (which is better done by Gothitelle or Mega Gengar, which is banned), Goodra is better off forcing the team's counters out:
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    -Thunderbolt
    -Toxic/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Calm/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Entry hazards are appreciated to let Mega Gardevoir nab some OHKOs/2HKOs it couldn't. Include hazard users, like Ferrothorn or Skarmory, which have good synergy with Goodra:

    Ferrothorn:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Skarmory:
    -Spikes
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Brave Bird/Taunt
    Nature: Impish/Careful
    EVs: 224 HP/252 Def/32 SDef or 224 HP/32 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy

Slurpuff needs this EV spread with a Naughty nature: 4 HP/252 Atk/76 SAtk/176 Spe. It's already fast enough with Unburden active. The EV spread also gives Slurpuff an even HP number to make Sitrus Berry activate after a single Belly Drum. The 76 Special Attack EVs let Slurpuff 2HKO Ferrothorn and physically defensive Skarmory after Stealth Rock, as well as OHKOing Forretress and Scizor most of the time, again, after Stealth Rock.

Mega Gardevoir is probably best as a CM Variant where it can do a lot of damage, especially to slower teams. The future sight set is pretty cool too, you could even pair it with a Poke that is walled by Poison or Fighting and force your opponent into a bad spot with the threat of Future Sight. Honestly Avalugg, Slurpuff and Fufrou are pretty terrible. I reccomend a fire/ground type or something, maybe Garchomp or Gliscor, just to get you started, as SD Garchomp, Aegislash and Bisharp are pretty big threats since Goodra has no Recovery.

Are you 100% with using Mega Gardevoir? I say that because Scarf Gardevoir has been making the rounds on Showdown and it becomes a rather potent revenge killer, when it unexpectedly outspeeds what it shouldn't. This opens you up for another M-Evo slot.

In saying that, your team has particular trouble with Mega Luke - who can KO Gardevoir and Slurpuff with STAB Bullet Punch - while actually being able to set-up on Aegislash as it resists all three of its moves. Only Goodra can really survive an unboosted attack and threaten with Fire Blast.

As Antebellum pointed out, Slurpuff and Furfrou in particular are outclassed by a number of other pokemon; although Slurpuff has its niche, especially in doubles. I would recommend swapping Slurpuff for Azumarill -> another fairy with access to Belly Drum, has a bulky water feel and can actually threaten non-boosted Mega Luke with superpower, or a boosted Aqua Jet of its own, while only taking neutral damage from Bullet Punch.

Azumarill @ Leftovers / Choice Band
    Adamant
    164HP / 252 Atk / 92 Spe
    Huge Power

    Aqua Jet / Aqua Tail
    Superpower
    Play Rough
    Belly Drum / Aqua Tail

Belly Drum can be risky if played incorrectly, and since Azu has the ability to threaten so many common pokemon, it's advisable that unless the team is centred around supporting it - which we have decided it's not - then I would go with a CB variant. It's more reliable and doesn't require set-up. The speed EV's let you outspeed uninvested T-tar by a single point, and also outspeeds Blissey - although it doesn't see as much use these days. 168 speed EV's will outspeed univested Skarm, Cloyster and Metagross, as well as netural +84 Magnezone. If hitting none of these interests you, then you can probably just go with the regular 212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Spe spread.

Avalugg CAN be useful when played within a decent core. Unfortunately Ice has few resistances to take advantage of alongside its obvious bulk, and is weak to the most common physical moves - both of which again are STAB for Mega Luke. As such, I'd consider removing him for something like Tentacruel. Tenta pairs nicely with Gardevoir, resisting its weaknesses to Steel and Poison, while also providing rapid spin support and further special bulk.

This still leaves you wanting on the physically defensive side. Now as I mentioned before (and in going with what Antebellum said above) you are susceptible to the likes of opposing Aegislash and of course Mega Luke. It's also nice to have something that can switch into an SD Chomp, and that really doesn't care for Talonflame. For that, I would also recommend Gliscor:

    Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
    Impish
    252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    Poison Heal

    Earthquake
    U-turn / Stealth Rock
    Roost / Stealth Rock
    Ice Fang

When Garchomp isn't spamming STAB Dragon Claw / Outrage (to which you promptly switch to Gardevoir / Azu and laugh in their face), Gliscor handles everything Garchomp can throw at it with aplomb, and can guaranteed 2HKO with Ice Fang, while roosting off any damage following (Adamant and 252 Atk EV's still fails to OHKO Garchomp even after SR, so there's not point in really considering). Note that pokemon like Azumarill and Aegislash like having Stealth Rock support, so you can take that into consideration when finalizing the moveset.
