Does anyone have a Ruins Of Alph Puzzle Rooms and the Unown Room (in Johto) chipset so I can use it in my game for RM2K3?

You should stop writing like that because it's hard to read and looks spammy. Battle animations, especially fairly long ones, are difficult to create in RM2K/3 unless you are an expert, even if you have sprite sheets.

If you want the first thing to occur you could use a Show Choice event with the options as 'Yes/No' and then continue the events accordingly.

The the second request, you could just use switches. Have the switch triggered after one tournament has been completed and then have the next tournament only accessibly when the first switch is on.

[Like When You Start A Tourney Then Hit Yes To Make It Start Right At The Battle.]

Do you kow much about labels? In the "no" case of the message, just jump to a label you placed at the start of the message.. This allows the text to be read again.
You can set the choices up so that you must select one of the options before the event will continue, but you won't be able to read the text again..
Either way is good, whatever effect you were going for.

Ok, Now I Have The Characters I Want As Monsters & I Set Them In A Monster Group, But Everytime I Test Battle It Says Something About No Event Specified For That Monster Group.
[It's Just A Gutsman.]
 
I cant seem to understand........

.......... (with the risk of being totally humiliated) What is X and Y coordinating for (I am asking this because I do not know how to send the hero from a town to the inside of a house in that town)? And How do I add new tilests for my game and use it? (I uses RMXP)
 
Umm...X and Y coordinates is for telling the position of an image or object on the screen.
Let's say, you show a pic with X = 0 and Y = 0. Since The RPG Maker Series use coordinates from the upper left, it would appear like this. Ignore the dots:

|...............................................|
|...............................................|
----------------------------------

IMAGE is where the image would appear. Let's now set the Y to let's say 100 and the X to 0. It would then look something like this:

|...............................................|
|IMAGE.......................................|
|...............................................|
----------------------------------
The Image went down. Hope that explained your XY Coordinate problem.

For your 2nd question:
Open your Resource Manager and Search for tilesets and import. They have to have these settings:
Width = 256
Height = Big as you want, but, don't go too big.

Take my advice, focus on all of the other areas in your game, use the RTP battle animations if you have to. Impress people with you're gameplay and you'll find it easier to get help from someone capable of completing a task as big as this.

So Use the basic characters then try to?
