There aren't any as far as I know, unless you're expecting somebody to make them for you.

I also need the Realgam Tower chipset (if possible)

I don't think there's any out there because since Colosseum is in 3d, not many people remade it into 2d tilesets or charsets. I remember seeing only the Orre hero charset, but I forget where. Good luck finding it (or making it)! :)

I have made a Orre hero charset but without his face done only his body and I dont knw where it is now. 0.o. Anyways what I wanted to ask is how do I make a clock system in RMXP and How do I make a thing that allows you to put your custom name in the game? Thanks in advance.

EDIT- Now I know how to put the custom name but what should I type in the Hero's houses sign? What comman? So that the custom name will appear?
And when I am in the screen where you eneter the Hero's name the letters dont appear in the box where you choose them from, it only appears in the upper box (where you see what you have put). Help please?

I need help i just downloaded RMXP onto my old pc and it won't function because it needs a 1024x768 resolution and my stupid screen only has 800x600 otherwise my screen splits into 4 separate screens >_< please help . . .

I got extremely big problem...
Please can you help me...

1. When i used the pokemon tileset, which has over 1000 pixel in height...
it crashed the rmxp when i tried to upload it.. anyone got clue?

2. I can't edit my script because i can see the bottom of the window, i need a
patch, resolution patch to see it, anyone got it?

Please anyone help, i am desperate for the help...

IT happened to me when I tried to put in a tileset, over 15000 pixels of width 0.0
It must be happening when you are triying to overwrite your current tileset with the new one. If that is it
Try this:
1 Delete the current tileset
2 Upload the new one.

If you're NOT trying to overwrite the old tileset, don't try the above method.

If overwriting the tileset's not the case, then I don't know how...
