She's perfect in both the anime AND the manga,
but,
She's more appealing to me in the manga because she is more animated and cartoon-like.

Satoshi/Ash in Pokemon: Dengeki Pikachu~ X3 He was so cuute, I just love his hairstyle in there.

Then there's Kagura from Kanna. Damn he's hawt. X3

I also like Chi from Chobits. And Sayoran, Sakura, and Fai from Tsubasa. And one more...Ranma, Akane, Roygua from Ranma 1/2. Okay I am done for real. I know as I read more manga I will have a lot more favorties. XD
