    i'm thinking we should try a group thing this year???
    get them to sign up and then we'll put them into teams and idk we'll work from there
    i can't really think of how to expand this concept at the moment lmao

    as for the trivia itself, split it up into categories, like trivial pursuit or something
    movie trivia, sports trivia, general trivia, pokemon trivia, pc trivia and another category...??? maybe the final category could be a quickfire round lmao

    the icon should be the trivial pursuit logo because everyone can recognise that and it fits in with the theme of trivia!!!
     
    I agree with you making this trivia a group one but the only thing that concerns me is there would be few ppl joining in on the contest.

    On the Trivial Pursuit type of contest, 5 categories with 5 questions each?

    Categories are Movie, Sports, General, PC, and maybe a Quickfire Round. I believe we should change the Pokemon one since we suggested this one being a non-Pokemon trivia contest.
     
    five questions per category seems ehhhhhhh too little
    eight per category sounds best to me even though it breaks the traditional trivial pursuit format

    and mmhmm that problem with groups occurred to me too
    but uh
    we can encourage them to work together since we both know that people are going to do that anyway, there is no point having a 'you have to do this alone!' rule if there isn't a group thing because we both know that people are going to work with their friends lol

    explain how this quickfire thing would work btw

    and well
    how about i get started on devising questions for the movies & general categories and you start on whatever sections you want to do and we'll just work on this piece by piece lol

    Okay, we will have 5 categories, with 8 questions each!

    And can we replace Movies with Entertainment so that we would actually have a bigger scope...

    So, our final list of categories will be:

    Entertainment
    General Knowledge
    Geography & Sciences
    PokeCommunity
    and the Quickfire Round.

    basically at the start of the contest, we will release the 4 categories and maybe a day before closing, we will release the Quickfire Round which I think it should be only 5 questions since its like bonus points imo.

    And since GT lasts for 3 days? and the forums stays for a week i think, we should start asking people to join a day before the GT forum opens and another 12 hours for sign up, before we announce the teams?

    So, you'll work on Entertainment and General Knowledge while I do Geography & Sciences and PokeCommunity, sound good? Oh and the Quickfire, we should give atleast 2-3 questions to it.

    ☆ Rules ☆

    The first thing that you should do is to sign up here. After 12-24 hours since the start of the GT, we will post the groups. You will have 2 days to answer 4 of the 5 categories, which has 8-10 questions:

    Entertainment
    General Knowledge
    Geography & Sciences
    PokeCommunity

    Near the end of the contest, we will release a Quickfire category which only has 5 questions.

    After answering, One member of their group MUST send all of your answers to Lady Gunner AND Harlequin BEFORE the GT ends.
