on the pc's avatar selection, under generic avatars, they have like 20 avatars. my avatar's generic too. how did they make them look like that? like did they draw them with photoshop or what? i have macromedia fireworks, and i can get photoshop cs(have to find my disk) so is there like a tutorial out there or can someone tell me how to do this. thnx

FG made a tutorial, search for it. its somewhere around here. FG does like, all the art for this site if im thinking correctly.

:3 FG has the greatest tutorial, if you ask me! :3 she's an amazing artist
but you can also find other tutorials on the Photoshop Homepage, though, they arent as detailed (they just tell you have to use some brushes, and are mostly for photoediting instead of drawing)
so, the next best place is probably www.deviantart.com for tutorials.
there is a section just for it if you search under the subsections under digital art (i think)
anyways, they usually give you alot of advice and different techniques and styles. so it's always a good idea to go there and experiment with the brushes.
look around and ask for tips :3
