I think only event hosts should be able to make threads in the gt8 thread. Also, if any event has two threads, delete the least popular one. This probably would have happened regarless of me saying it, but just in case, I will post this asking for those two things. :)

Can I reccommend for some of the games maybe some Wii games like Mario Kart or Super Smash Bros Brawl? Since I'm pretty sure those games aren't available on Wii and even so it's way worse than on like PS3.

You don't need Wifi to battle. You can just download Pokemon Online, which is the primary Battle Simulator used these days. And if you have concerns or are wondering over time zones you can just look at this https://www.worldtimezone.com/.
