Could I please have a Mew fused with the puffball from a Jumpluff? So it looks like a Mew went though the high-fluff cycle of a dryer. Thank you.

Well not quite, it is very cute though. How to put this... OK on kids cartoons when they wash a pet, they dry it and it puffs out all fuzzy like. Oh bother! *Grabs a mew sprit and a Jumpluff sprite.* Give me 5 seconds. Something like this:
