Yea i stopped for awhile to play melee to get ready for brawl, and while playing brawl from all of the pokemon stages...it made me wana play my diamond version again. I remember catching all the shinies, and the mental stress of battling someone through prediction...so i picked up my DS again and i was clueless...but i got back into it. So without further ado...we'll get back onto topic- The Crew!!

    Porygon-Z@Choice Band
    252, 252 speed/sp. attack
    Modest
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Tri-Attack
    Dark Pulse

Self explanitory, i dont like choice items cause i'm not very great with prediction and my Porygon-Z's got 30 IV's in speed anyway...

    Regice @Leftovers
    Calm
    252 Hp/ 252 defense / 4 SAtk
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Toxic
    Rest

Special Wall. Rest for HP recovery.

    Feraligatr@Leftovers
    Adamant
    232 Hp/ 216 Atk/54 Speed
    Ice Punch
    Dragon Dance
    Waterfall
    Earthquake

Tank and sweeper with dragon dance.

    Togekiss@Leftovers
    Serene Grace
    252 hp/ 40 def/216 sp. def.
    Calm
    Air Slash
    Thunder Wave
    Aura Sphere
    Wish

Haxkiss. Pretty standard. I gave it defensive EV's for the sake of not getting killed by any physical attacks.

    Machamp @Leftovers
    Adamant
    252 Hp/220 Attack/32 Def
    No Guard
    Dynamic Punch
    Fire Punch
    Ice Punch
    Stone Edge

I dont have a fire pokemon/move so fire punch stays. Defensive EV's so again...he doesn't fully die.

    Forretress @Leftovers
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 4 Attack / 252 Defense
    Rapid Spin
    Gyro Ball
    Earthquake
    Stealth Rock

I think this should be my lead...but im just a little concerned about putting him first because i'm afraid of a special sweeper but well...i dont know =/

All comments will be appreciated =)

    Porygon-Z@Life orb
    252, 252 speed/sp. attack
    Modest
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Tri-Attack
    Dark Pulse

    Psychic is useless. Otherwise fine.

    Tangrowth@Leftovers
    252 Hp/222 def/30 Atk
    Impish
    Power Whip
    Sleep Powder
    Knock Off
    Leech Seed / Rest

Defensive wall...i guess pretty standard. EQ is in there since it usually gets switched on to a fire type, and i usually predict right. Either that or electivire, which my tangrowth has taken down alot of. I feel it can be better in some ways though...

No need for Earthquake since physical Vire is still no threat. Better use that slot for healing.

    Feraligatr@Lum Berry
    Adamant
    232 Hp/ 216 Atk/54 Speed
    Ice Punch
    Dragon Dance
    Waterfall
    Earthquake

Tank and sweeper if he can get dragon dance up. Feraligatr is very reliable because he can take alot of hits with his high HP, and i got kinda sick of swampert becuase i always got hit by energy ball =/ Least with Gatr he wont die as bad, but he does die to a high sp. atk thunderbolt...

Don't see how it's a tank, but okay. Earthquake is more useful in this case though.

    Frosslass@Choice Scarf
    Modest
    242 Sp. Attack/232 Speed/30 Hp
    Thunderbolt
    Ice Beam
    Shadow Ball
    Thunder Wave

This is my blissey killer...to be frankly honest...why? Thunder wave. They'll switch out, while i do the same =) It doesn't always work, but it puts pressure on the opponent to try and use Blissey's serene grace, or waste a move to use Aromatherapy.

I think you mean Natural Cure...but yeah. Blissey can still stall the daylights out of you, paralyzed or not.

    Spiritomb@ Leftovers
    252 Hp/202 Sp. Def/48 Def.
    Sassy
    Taunt / filler
    Dark Pulse
    Pain Split
    Will-O-Wisp

Special Wall, but i gave him a little defense because of EQ's. I think he's pretty standard though....

Spiritomb can't really special wall that well...

That's all i can get for now...i need a ground type though to cover a couple weaknesses in my party though. One that can...be offensive, physically wise, and not swampert or donphan, donphan gets too outpredicted for me. Or a physical fire type sounds good though...

All comments will be appreciated =)

I'd take out Froslass. I'm running out of energy so I can't really do a full rate, others will though.

thanks anti-pop i can always depend on you =)

any suggestions for a fifth pokemon and/or a replacement for frosslass?

team is changed up. All comments and fixes wil be appreciated =)

First of all, what's up with your EVs? They're all over the place. All EVs must be divisible by 4, or else you'll be wasting them. Even from a quick glance at your team, I can see at least 4 numbers that aren't divisible by 4. It's important that you fix them so that you aren't wasting any EVs.

Anyways, that's just somethings I wanted to point out. Now onto the team (working with Anti's last rate):

[PokeCommunity.com] Getting back into battling after a long Hiatus...

    Porygon-Z @Choice Scarf
    252, 252 speed/sp. attack, 4 HP
    Modest
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Tri-Attack
    -Dark Pulse

This is your team's lead? With only 90 base speed, it can't even outrun Salamence. There are generally two types of leads: the fast ones and the bulky ones. Porygon-Z's Speed stat isn't particularly fast and it's definitely not at all bulky. That means without a Choice Scarf, Porygon-Z makes a bad lead.
You said you don't like choice items, but you put on a Choice Scarf on Froslass anyways. Since Frossy will be out of your team, P-Z can use it instead.

Also, where is the last 4 EVs? Don't waste your EVs, even if they only raise a stat by 1 point, it's still something.

[PokeCommunity.com] Getting back into battling after a long Hiatus...

    Regice @Leftovers
    Calm
    252 Hp/ 252 defense / 4 SAtk
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Toxic
    Rest

Oh look, here's your first instance of a bad EV spread. 182/4=45.5
A decimal showed up, meaning that number isn't divisible by 4. Neither is 78. The next closest number that IS divisible by 4 is 184. So take 2 EVs from Defense and put them into Special Defense.

    Actually, hold it!
Why does Regice even Special Defense EVs anyways? You already have a +SDef Nature. Is 479 too low of a number? You didn't even max out its HP and the important thing for all Pokemon with a low HP to defense ratio is to max out HP.

Also, why is it Sassy? Use Bold since you get nothing out of lowering your Speed.

[PokeCommunity.com] Getting back into battling after a long Hiatus...

    Feraligatr @Leftovers
    Adamant
    72 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 184 Speed
    Ice Punch
    Dragon Dance
    Waterfall
    Earthquake

Lum Berry? It's only going to help you out once and then you'll be hit with status again and you won't have any item left. Lefties always helps and doesn't disappear.

Again, EV problems. 54 isn't divisible by 4. Is there any reason you chose that number in the first place? I don't see how adding 14 points to Speed helps with anything. You're only reaching 206 Speed and Jolly Marowak outruns you by 1 point. After a DD, you're at 309 which is a really useless number to be at. Adamant Garchomp maxes out at 303, so if you were thinking of outrunning it, you overdid it by 5 points. Meanwhile, you tie in speed with the base 105ers, and there are only 5 Pokemon with that speed and 4 of those are UU and therefore rarely used.

Besides which, 309 is still to low of a number to be at after a Dragon Dance (unless your name is Gyarados because Gyara has Intimidate and Taunt to back it up). Feraligatr doesn't have these two things so it's more offensive and should be played differently. The minimum your Speed should be at is 236, so you can reach 354 after a DD and outrun Gengars and most Starmies.

[PokeCommunity.com] Getting back into battling after a long Hiatus...

    Togekiss@Leftovers
    Serene Grace
    252 hp/ 40 def/216 sp. def.
    Calm
    Air Slash
    Thunder Wave
    Aura Sphere
    Roost/Wish

Standard. I have nothing to add to this except for the last 4 EVs to Sp. Defense. You should consider Wish because you have 2 bulky Sweepers with no healing moves and 2 walls who only have Rest.

[PokeCommunity.com] Getting back into battling after a long Hiatus...

    Machamp
    @Leftovers
    Adamant
    252 Hp/192 Attack/32 Def/28 sp. def
    No Guard
    Dynamic Punch
    Fire Punch
    Ice Punch
    Stone Edge

Yay, Machamp! Kudos for using one. But why would you give it Wise Glasses (no special attacks lol)? Expert Belt isn't to great on it either. Normally, I would suggest Choice Band, but seeing how you like bulky Pokemon, let's give it Leftovers.

Now, an experienced player knows that the OU Pokemon Fighting types hate most is Gliscor. Fortunately, Machamp has an attack that can handle Gliscor but...what's this? You didn't give Machamp Ice Punch? Bullet Punch is far inferior. If Machamp was a Steel type, maybe it would be okay since STABed priority moves are quite awesome. But Machamp isn't Steel.

I'm really weirded it out by your EV spread. Do those Attack EVs help it defeat anything specific? Do those Defense and Sp. Defense EVs help it survive a certain attack from a certain Pokemon? Those are the things you should be thinking about when doing EVs. Don't just put random numbers into different stats.
I'm going to let you figure out this one for yourself.

[PokeCommunity.com] Getting back into battling after a long Hiatus...

    Forretress @Leftovers
    Relaxed
    252 HP/ 4 Attack / 252 Defense
    Rapid Spin
    Gyro Ball
    Rest/Earthquake
    Stealth Rock

Oh god, again with the Lum Berry?!? Despite what you think, Rest+Lum Berry is not that great especially if you use it on a wall. You're losing your valuable Leftovers healing for an item that only works once. That's not a good trade-off.
Also, if Kiss gets Wish, than substitute Rest for Earthquake.

    *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Well, despite your obvious problems with EVs and some items, it's not a bad team. You've managed to make things fairly bulky without going overly OU and that's not an easy thing to do.

wow...either i'm dreaming or that's one of the best fixes i've ever received. I've also heard your an extremely nasty battler =)

BUt yeah, i just made the EV's as quick as i could cause i didn't really know what to do, i like spreading them out because battles are un-predictable...so i'm sorry if it looked kinda messy.

Porygon-Z isn't my lead...i really just put him first, i was thinking of putting Feraligatr as my lead since he is a bulky water and can set-up a dragon dance if my opponent switches.

I can see the reasoning in changing Regice to bold...and well...i jus want the sp. def. stat as high as i could get, but if it's too much, i can afford a switch. And it can really get to 479 without any EV's? whew, wow =)

Now for Machamp...i used him before...and almost ALWAYS he needed a *tiny* bit of defense to hold himself up. And to be honest i really dont know why i put bullet punch there =/ I thought i was doing Hariyama or something else for a second probably...
But i think i'll take off his sp. def. ev's, and a bit of def. ev's and slop them into atk. It just seems more logical.

Now for togekiss, i could make it a bit sort of unique haxkiss with wish...which is pretty cool. And with Wish...i could manipulate switches more and give forretress more swicthability. Wow....that works out perfect i never would've thought of it before. =/

I also liked how you changed up the EV spread on Fergy. That seems so much more efficient, i added the +13 to speed because since he's so bulky i can get 2 DD's and outrun anything usually. BUt thats just it...by then he's got low HP...so maybe more speed would be more efficient.

On forry, its my first time using the lum berry+rest combo. I've seen it in action and it usually has worked wonders from what i've seen. But thats it, i havent used it, so i figured it'd be good to test it out. But...if you rly say its not all that great it's hyped up to be...i can see the logic in keeping the lefties.

And thanks =) i didnt wana go too OU but i know every team HAS to use some of them every once in a while. I will listen to your fixes and get to work on my team as i'm still in the breeding process anyway =)
