So I am connected to WIFI
I talked to the middle lady on the second floor of the pkmn cntr
Then it gave me an ERROR saying this feature no longer works.

Really all I want to do is transfer pokemon from black to white. with out using the bank (as i still havent bought one yet.) Is there not an easier way?

Btw, i tried to do the inferred trade, but the systems seem to not want to connect, how can i fix that issue?

Or am i just going about this completely the wrong way?

Im using a 3DS and a "New" 3DS to try to do this. one has black one has white. Im so use to ORAS and XY that this system kind of baffles me that its being this hard to transfer. the old games were easier, and the new games are easier, so why is this one being so difficult?

If anyone can shed a little light on this issue, It would be much appreciated. THANKS!

Part of why you're encountering this problem is because wi-fi for DS and Wii games was permanently shut down back in 2014, although you can still trade locally with a second system. There is also no way for transferring Pokemon to 6th Gen without needing Pokemon Bank.

When you download Pokemon Bank, you'll also get the Poke Transporter feature which will allow you to transfer Pokemon from 5th Gen to 6th Gen. Read here for more info: https://www.serebii.net/xy/poketransporter.shtml

I really dislike that the wifi for these older games was shut down, but I can see why Game Freak did it...rip Gen 4/5 trading :(
