getting natures that would be nice in the anime

do you choose natures that would be nice if your trainer-self was in the anime? *like their personalities or what-not* or is it only me?



for me,

my pokemon natures: *going in chronological, because why not :) *excluding red, blue, yellow* ... & the fact that i for the life of me can't remember the order i played the games in ~_~*

I'm sure there's probably someone else who does this but I'm all for whichever natures would help me in battle. Though sometimes they can line up perfectly anyways like having Jolly Totodile.

No, no, a thousand times, no. When playing through the ingame, I just roll with whatever I get so I'm not really that fussy over natures, but when I head into competitive that's when I want to hit certain natures. For example, my Tyranitar is Adamant to make use of its attack, my Garchomp is Jolly to make use of its speed, and my Ferrothorn is Sassy to power up its Gyro Ball, while also allowing it to function as a special wall. Also, the natures I provided decrease a stat that I definitely won't be needing: Special Attack for the previous two and Speed for the latter.
