3rd Gen Getting Pokemon from GB Red to GBA Ruby

Well... I know it may be kinda strange but im rather sentimental about pokemon from the original Pkmn Red version. especially my blastoise, now ive already noticed i have some saving problems on it and i dont wanna lose them. I was wondering if its possible to Like trade from Red to Silver then to Ruby or saphire?

No, it's not possible to trade between 2nd gen and 3rd gen unfortunately. There's no method of connecting the games up.

R/B/Y can only trade with G/S/C and vice versa.

Ya, fans were furious with nintendo when they learned that they can no longer transfer their beloved pokmeon to the next generation..

Well, at least this time they didn't do the same mistake with Diamond and Pearl :)

yh the reason they did this was because in ruby sapphire emerald they changed the IV system and the rbygsc pokemon would have been about x5 weaker than ruby emerald and sapphire pokemon which is a bummer

That method is impossible. Trade your Blastoise to any G/S/C games instead.
