Does anyone have tips on EV training a Gible?

    Gible
    Ability:Sand veil
    EVS:58Hp,35Atk,24 Def,24 Sp.atk,29 Sp.def,26 speed.
    Nature:Bashful
    Moves:
    -Dragon Rage
    -Sandstorm
    -Take Down
    -Sand tomb

My Gible is only on lv21 and it has bad stats so far that's why i need tips.

Breed it for good IV's and also breed it for better moves.

Go and catch a bunch of gibbles, then run it through an IV calculator. If the Hp, Atk and Spd Iv's are above 26 you should keep them. If they have good Def and SDef also keep them. Then find a Male, Female and breed them. Look for a Jolly natured Gibble with good Iv's in Hp, Atk and Speed. If you want outrage on your garchomp go breed it with a male dragon pokemon with Outrage.

If you don't want outrage, then don't bother about that last bit.

Ev's are effort values. I think you listed stats.
I think people go with 252 atk, 252 Spd and 6hp on a garchomp, im not really sure thou.

I refuse to use the land shark (Garchomp)cuz its ugly, but i will tell you this:
MAKE YOUR EVS DIVISIBLE BY 4
What will 29 EVs do better than 28? Nothing. Put that EV is attack and it make those EVs divisible by 4 too.

    Garchomp@Life Orb / Leftovers
    Jolly Nature
    252 ATT / 240 SPEED / 16 HP
    - Swords Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Dragon Claw
    - Fire Fang / Fire blast

Still capable of sweeping unprepared teams.

16 HP EVS force special attackers to run at least 266 sp.att to guarantee a OHKO on Garchomp with ice beam or get STAB from it.

Last slot is optional. Fire Blast does more to Skarmory and Forretress whilst Fire Fang does more to Bronzong. However Fire Fang is still a OHKO on Forry and a 2hko and Skarmory after a swords dance.
