I have very few Rotoms. I would be willing to give you one, but that will be it. Which form would you like it in?

At the moment it is only level 28 with fairly low stats. However, I have maxed out this Ninjask's EVs in Speed. Thus, once you have worked it to level 100, it will possess the following: 263 HP, 219 Atk, 138 Def, 136 Sp Atk, 122 Sp Def, 419 Speed. Note that even without my training, Ninjask is the fastest non-legendary pokemon in the entire series.
