HOLD IT!. no rare candies. that's no good for your stats. especially in EV training just take your time and embrace that one.

Training with Rare Candies will not hurt your stats at all; that is entirely a myth. However, if you level with a Rare Candy, you will not earn new EVs. If all you care about is Speed, then you can go ahead with the Rare Candies because I have already maxed out your Ninjask's Speed EVs completely: he can never become faster. But you may want to fight certain pokemon in order to raise his other EVs as he levels if those stats are significant to your strategy.
