What are shiny raikou's stats and where was it caught?

What are the stats on jolly chomp?
 
sorry for taking a while to respond ginji raikou was obtained through gts but it says it was migrated from hoenn at the level its at now (100) its stats are as follow 292/195/185/262/205/252.

shiny raikous stats 320/184/182/328/234/361

oh and im not sure if i saw one but do you have a shiny sceptile? if not here are mines stats as a timid one....281/185/155/309/196/354
