Hey Ginji, I have a UT lv 30 shaymin that can transform into it's sky form if you want it. I got it from the mystery gift on the WFC and it has a timid nature and a personality that can increase it's speed. It's the shaymin that was mentioned on serebii.net in the upcoming events.
