Don't worry all he has to do is remove the patch clone it and trade me the Japanese one and put his patch back on. He uses a patch so he can ready everything on Soul Silver so all he has to do is remove the Patch and clone a Japanese one and set it back on.:)

Actually it is not that simple. It will be a few weeks as he has to restart his HG or SS to get it to be Japanese again. Do you want another event in the meantime while we wait on the Ho-oh?:)
