I played my DS with some of my classmates last year during my programming class and at lunch. We even played Pictochat in seperate rooms once. It was awesome.
In tenth grade, I had a biology teacher who would let us play with our GBAs and laptop SNES emulators all we wanted...I even went as far as to bring my Virtual Boy in one day and allowed everyone to play it...depending on the teacher, we're not that strict at my school.
I'd never dream of taking anything like that at my last school... x_<; Even toys and trinkets were forbidden. There were occasional backpack and desk checks, so you'd likely be caught... oO;; Not worth the trouble. XD I'd die if they took it away. o_o
Only in elementary, when the recess aides didn't mind. Indoor, outdoor, we were all playing pokemon r/s XD. But the princible found out and told us not to bring them anymore. ;_;
I played my gameboy in 5th or 4th grade at recess thinking that since it was recess I could play it :P And we're allowed to play gameboys and stuff during luch in high school, so I play my DS there sometimes.
Yeppers, I brought my GBA all the time last year. But it was only allowed in the after-school program. Then, when I was playing after I finished my homework, the aid assumed that I was wasting valuable homework time and threatened to take it away. x.x
