Going Up!

What would you rather use to get off the first floor?

    Yeah, this is really random, but I've got to ask: given the choice, would you rather take an elevator or an escalator? Now, sound off on this very serious subject XP
     
    Escalators!I like escalators better because they`re usually not crammed up like elevators.Elevators can get really stuffy!:P I like the ones in airports that you can walk on...I did the one going out in before!XD It was really fun!XP
     
    Escalators because you can run up the down escalators and run up the down ones, but you certainly can't do that with boring old elevators. ;D Actually, I just like being able to control how fast I go them - instead of just standing there like a lazy idiot, I can walk up at my own pace.

    Plus, they're just faster by nature. With elevators you have to push the buttons, wait, get inside, push more buttons, wait, and get off. *is impatient* XD But then again, elevators have all those buttons... <_<
     
    An escalator. They're kinda fun and I don't feel caged in like in an elevator.
     
    Escalators! Im afraid of elevators *shudder* escalators are so much fun! I just enjoy.....them..you can jump on them! x.x' (dont try that at home kids)
     
    As long as I wouldn't have to walk then I'm good with either of them. But, I seem to enjoy myself by trying to slow down escaltors by pushing down on the moving banister. That, and I hate that sudden jerk you get from elevators.

    So, escaltors for me.
     
    that depends on if the escalator is all crammed up...(otherwise i use the stairs and i STILL beat the elevator XD)

    Oh, I love doing that! XD Even though it never works and just makes me stumble when I get to the top, lol.
     
    Escaltors are way more faster than Elevators... =p..

    common sense. ^_^ so I pick Escaltors because it's fun to go up and down and it's faster.
     
    I like them both... but I would have to go with escalators. As long as it isn't one of those flat moving sidewalks... I've had a bad experience with one of those. *shudders* Anyways, elevators tend to get crowded... and they take forever to get where you need to go. Escalators are a lot faster, and more fun too.
     
    I suppose I'm more acrophobic than claustrophobic, so I voted elevators. I really hate looking down and seeing the first floor fifty feet below me...it makes me feel panicky. Elevators aren't that much slower than escalators, too. Actually, I almost think they're faster <_<;; I don't mind being crowded in with other people, as long as there aren't germy little children in the elevator...then I go to the corner of the elevator and hold my breath as long as I can. But escalators are scary all the time <_<;;
     
    Escalators are fun! I have been afraid of elevators ever since I got into an elevator accident... But now, I'm not that afraid!
     
    I like elevators better. Maybe I just find them more interesting than moving stairs, I don't know.
     
    Being Portuguese you'd think I was scared of an escalator, but Its faster (since I always run up them :)) but I like Elevators too, since I like to play on them in New York!
     
    I'm afraid of elevators, the feeling I get when I'm in one is creepy. Thats why I voted for escalators even though I haven't used one since I was a little kid.
     
    escalator its faster elevators take forever to move and its only to get off the first floor
