these are kinda old, but here's some drawings of an oc/rival/protag i've got. no idea what to properly name him, all i got is "Yazu" or "Yamatsu".

edit: gonna use this thread for rom hack concept art :V it's still in the works as a sandbox kinda thing, but this might help. i'll update this as i go along. also gonna use the spoiler tag to make my art not take up the whole screen, but gonna add titles for ease of findin stuff.

Ah, I really like how Prof. Sedum came out! She looks like a character that could really live and fit comfortably in the Pokemon universe. It's a simple design but I think that's the real appeal to it and what makes it feel so authentic, it's not overworked at all! :)
