    What would you think is a good annoyer?
     
    Anoyers fail in competetive battling, they completely rely on luck.

    Togekiss is always said to be an annoyer but never was a real annoyer since it doesn't need much luck to win. Standard paraflinch set

    Trait: Serene Grace
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SATK/ 172 SDEF/80 SPEED

    Thunder Wave
    Air slash
    Aura sphere
    Roost

    Thunder Wave first turn and keep Air Slashing. Serene Grace doubles Air slash's flinch rate to 60%, plus the paralysis rate which brings it up to 85% and the Kings rock boost too. That means each turn there is an 85% chance of your opponent not attacking. I suggest Togekiss.

    like i said, kings rock doesnt increase hte flinch rate of moves that already flinch

    Nature:Bold
    -Minimize
    -Water Pulse (Serene Grace, confusion)
    -Softboiled
    -Seismic Toss
     
    bold with 252 evs in def can make it survive a close combat, and her sp def is already high.
     
    Blissey needs bold nature. Blissey can outstall most physical attackers.

    Just run a standard Bliss as an annoyer.
