Thrash is a horrible move. If you use it, you'll automatically use it two or three turns in a row, and you'll get confused afterwards. You should give your Mamoswine, something like Protect, Roar, or Substitute instead.

As far as Charizard goes, I think you'd be better off teaching it either Flare Blitz or Fire Punch, instead of Flamethrower. Flamethrower is special, and rest of its move-set is entirely physical, so it doesn't seem to go with the flow that well, unfortunately. Aside from that, everything else is looking good!

Thrash isn't that bad a move, it's basically a normal version of Outrage. Confusion is a non-volatile status too, so you can get rid of it by switching out. Granted I don't think I'd use it on a pokemon that it's not a STAB move for, so there are probably better options for Mamoswine. But Thrash can wreck house on in-game if you know the trainer isn't packing types that resist it.

A pokemon that is very good in game but often overlooked too is Driftblim. With the buff to Minimize, you can get evasion quickly, and provided you're well stocked with potions, you will never die. Driftblim has surprisingly decent attack too, so Acrobatics and Phantom Force get the job done well on the offensive front. Probably more useful on a nuzlocke run as it never dies, and not so much on a casual play through, as it does make for a bit of a slow grind setting up the Minimize each battle, but not dying is a good feather in his cap in my opinion.
