goodbye starter pokemon

My latest round of restarts, I have planned the teams, and at least one, since it is already underway, does not have the starter. That one is my Sapphire, and 4 of the Pokemon on the team were eggs that I brought over, 1 was traded over to the game, and 1 was caught after I brought the traded pokemon over. Of course, this has lead to me being stalled at the 3rd Gym until Larvitar is powerful enough.

The Sapphire Team:
Snorlax lv.5 (egg)
Dratini lv.5 (egg)
Wailmer lv.6 (egg)
Larvitar lv.19 (egg)
Kirlia lv.27 (wild)
Scyther lv.27 (trade)
 
I think I only cut out a starter pokemon from my team... once. Probably Chikorita or something because it isn't that great in-game. =/

He's not competitive because his stats suck. His highest offense is a mediocre 348 special attack. Not good enough. Not by enough.
 
I have my infernape in the PC, Because I got a UBER Charizard who isnt even EV trained but seems to OWN EVERYONE in his path...its great lol...

I would like to test that thoery since i cream every zard that is thrown at me
 
The ONLY times I didn't use my Starter Pokemon were in Crystal and my original Leaf Green Save Game.

Crystal: I ditched my Typhlosion for my favorite Fire Type: MAGCARGO!!!
This was my Team:
Dunsparce
Crobat
Magcargo
Octillery
Omastar
Shiny Ariados

I like using my favs :D

Leaf Green:
I picked Charander, but only because I wanted Suicune. I ditched it in favor of (Once again) MAGCARGO!!!
 
Starter pokemon aren't weak especially the full evolution
 
When I restarted Gold with Totodile, I found Horsea to be much better, so I dropped Feraligatr for Seadra.
