Wow~~I dont believe it~~I just asked some 8.5 hrs ago and woot~Steve's already added it.This is Extreme fast...Cant believe my idea accepted.
Anyway Steve Err... Can we have a Real Chat Room and not just IRC.If it would'nt cost that much it would be great.can anybody change the poll!

FP isn't an official PC chat, it's a community site which required a new hack to work again.

A #pokecommunity would be quite nice... keep FP for sharing and #pokecommunity for chat or whatever.

For crying out loud! CC, money doesn't grow on trees. If you hate IRC so much, send him the money to host our own chat room, rather than expecting him to pay for it himself, as well as the money he pays for PC. That also includes Kwesi.

But anyway, back on topic. A jIRC chat seems good, but meh, I've grown tired of IRC. =/

IRC is a chat, with lots of rooms/topics (IRC = Internet Relay Chat)

Yah!Steve I did mean something like what Greg Said -- Just a Different Chat room -- Then again this is just my opinion.

most site based chats really suck.. the example above (phpMyChat) is already installed on this server but it's very laggy and unresponsive, there's little room for customization and expension, + it add more load to this already over-worked server.

IRC is an (old and reliable) open standard thats at least workable (if you want to chat and the Java doesn't work, download and install mIRC [www.mirc.com], and chat using that.) IRC is available to others outside of PC so that will increase both PC's reach and your friends base. A win-win for all.

um... you people do realize that you can make a free AIM chat room just put 'PokeCommunity Chat' and then when people get on AIM they can invite themselves there. Its really really simple and free. x_X

HydraIRC is also a good client.
