Didn't know you were breeding it for me. So as long as the Hidden Power is Fighting and of BP 60+, then 29's are ok.

i will see if i can get to 30, as i would also like a hoothoot with good IV's

i am assuming you want it UT?

i will try and get the power to 70. all it needs is to inherit the IV's from Xatu XD
i will make sure it is hidden power fighting.
if you'd like, i can give it the moves: hidden power, roost, night shade and hypnosis before i give it to you :)
 
i just got the best one so far with IVs: 30/29/30/30/30/30
i THINK thats hidden power fighting power 68. i might be wrong though
