I was probably one of the very few who did not actually know that you could challenge the Unova Elite Four in any order of your choosing. To say the least, it had caught me by surprise. Now, it had me wondering...

In what order did you challenge the Elite Four? And to give this thread a little flavor, who did you find to be the most challenging?

I just went willy-nilly. Also, Shauntal was a real threat to my team, if memory serves me right.

    Noob out.

Ghost > Psychic > Fight > Dark - and so on.

Follow this way to clear up things in your mind.
    For me, it was Shauntal.

For me it was caitlin, Marshall, Grimsley, Shauntal. I honestly thought the hardest was grimsley but none of them were really that hard.

I went clockwise, because I was healing between each battle so it didn't matter to me which one I did first.

    Shauntal, Grimsley, Caitlin, then Marshal.

The hardest for me was Marshal because my Bisharp swept all the others.

If I remember correctly... Shauntal -> Marshal -> Grimsley -> Caitlin. I didn't plan on any order so just picked them randomly by going in and seeing who was there.

Marshal was easily the biggest challenge, mostly because my flyers got Stone Edge'd and I had to fight the hard way. The rest weren't much trouble.

    Caitlin > Shauntal > Grimsley > Marshall

Liepard learned Sucker Punch after taking out Caitlin's first pokemon, the rest of the Caitlin and Shauntal's fell to that. Haxorus cleaned out Grimsley. My Braviary was Stone Edge'd so I had to rely on Simipour's Acrobatics and Haxorus to take down Marshall.

Marshall give me the most trouble, but Braviary was my only pokemon to faint in the E4 challenge and no healing items were used. I had no idea what their levels would be so I over prepared :P

    Shauntal > Caitlin > Grimsley > Marshal

Specifically chose this order to raise my Zweilous to Lv.64.

    Shauntal, Caitlin, Grimsley, Marshal

i found marshal to be the most challenging just because his pokemon were strong against mine. i only really won out of pure dumb luck and alot of healing XD

Er...i've played through twice and I don't remember either order.

Marshall was extremely easy for me, falling to Musharna in White and Reuniclus in Black.
    Caitlin was pretty easy.
Grimsley was average since my Psychic types were useless against him, but I didn't really use them anyway.
Shauntel was definately the hardest, her Chandelure was beast. Not even my Chandelure could beat her on its own.

Caitlin first, then Shantel (I used my Zoroark to take both of them down quickly) then I proceeded to Marshal who I saw as the next biggest Threat and finished it up with Grimsley who I saw as the smallest Threat to my team.

I went clockwise, not very original but yeah. I probably had the hardest time against Shauntal and Caitlin on my first run.

I didn't know that you could do it in your desired order but I was kinda happy cos it game me a chance to get prepared.

I went anti-clockwise.. I think, starting with Marshal.

I never knew either, it also caught me by surprise. So, I thought as you kept going clockwise it would get harder. So I did the first one to the left (Ghost), then the third one (Dark), then the second (Psychic), then Fighting last.

I can't remember what order I used in the first E4 but in the second I do it in the order of easy>difficult

    1. Caitlin
    2. Grimsley
    3. Marshal
    4. Shauntal

I would have prefered it if they were either slightly higher, or became slightly higher, say 48 - 52? but then again you battle N & Ghetis and the rematches are 71-73 & 75-77 so that kinda makes up for it. They might implament some sort of system relevant to that in a third game.
